Civil Engineering Consultations
- Review the engineering drawings to ensure all designs are aligned with the approved project’s specifications
- Review the conformity of structural, architectural, mechanical, and electrical drawings
- Ensure the alignment of all approved designs with the purpose of the operation
- Calculate the quantities of the required workforce and raw materials, such as cement and other materials
- Determine the materials, equipment, manpower required to ensure implementation
- Submit weekly and monthly plans based on the overall project plan
- Develop required action plans including time plan, financial plan, and logistic plan to ensure all projects' executional phases are according to the master plan
- Audit the quality of work and provide project updates from the contractors
- Review the timelines and financial plans and make modifications when necessary to avoid future technical or implementation challenges
- Ensure the contractor’s financial settlements are aligned with the finished work in order to submit to the owners
- Submit the abstracts of what has been implemented to the owner
- Submit technical, time, and financial reports to the project owner confirming the completion of each phase per the approved plan
